Where recording or transcription features are enabled, TechClosr may process call recordings and transcripts.

Call recordings and transcripts may contain personal information.

Customers are responsible for determining whether recording or transcription is legally permitted for their particular communications and for providing any required notices or obtaining any required consent.

TechClosr may use third-party service providers to provide recording, speech recognition, transcription, AI processing, storage, or related functionality.

5.Artificial Intelligence Processing

TechClosr uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide features including:

AI voice conversations;

speech recognition;

voice generation;

response generation;

call summaries;

lead qualification;

information extraction;

workflow automation.

Depending on the feature used, information may be transmitted to third-party AI, voice, telecommunications, or infrastructure providers acting on behalf of TechClosr.

TechClosr will take reasonable measures to manage such providers in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.

TechClosr may use third-party providers for:

Where TechClosr processes personal information on behalf of a business Customer, the Customer may determine certain requirements relating to access, retention, deletion, and processing.

Customers are responsible for providing lawful instructions and for responding to privacy requests relating to information under their control where applicable.

TechClosr may use cookies and similar technologies for:

authentication;

security;

preferences;

analytics;

performance;

functionality.

14.Children's Information

TechClosr is intended for businesses and is not directed toward children.

Customers must not use TechClosr to unlawfully collect or process children's personal information.
