TechClosr Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the TechClosr Service. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in the activities described below.

1.Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
violate applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards;
send unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harassing communications;
collect or process personal information without proper notice, consent, or lawful authority;
interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the Service or related systems;
attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the Service;
use the Service to transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or automated collection without prior written permission;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except where expressly permitted by law;
resell or redistribute the Service in a manner that bypasses TechClosr's commercial terms;
use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could lead to significant harm, unless expressly permitted and supported by TechClosr.
2.Communication and Consent Requirements
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and recording laws.
If you use calling, messaging, or recording features, you must obtain required consents and provide required notices before initiating communications.
TechClosr does not verify customer compliance with third-party legal obligations.
3.AI and Automated Processing
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate.
You must not rely solely on AI-generated decisions for outcomes that could materially affect individuals, unless you implement appropriate human review.
You may not use AI features to make unlawful automated decisions or to process sensitive categories of personal information without appropriate safeguards.
4.Billing Integrity
You may not misuse pricing, credits, trials, or promotional offerings.
TechClosr may investigate unusual billing activity and suspend or terminate access if abuse is suspected.
5.Security and Access Controls
You must maintain reasonable access controls for accounts and integrations.
You must notify TechClosr promptly of unauthorized access or security incidents affecting your use of the Service.
6.Enforcement
TechClosr may investigate suspected violations and take action it deems appropriate, including content removal, account restriction, suspension, or termination.
TechClosr may report violations to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
7.Changes
TechClosr may update this AUP to reflect changes in law, technology, or the Service.
Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
